Sorry to bother but this is my last hope of solving a problem with a 2003 Ford Taurus drivers side front power window that will not go up and down.

I took it to Ford in Florence,ky and they said there is no electric coming from the Central Junction Box to the drivers side front window and that they can't fix it because the Central Junction Box is a part that they cannot get or replace.

Are they talking about the fuse box under the dashboard ?
