Just purchased 01 Taurus SE, 12 valve, 81,000 miles (130,000 km). Last owner changed transmission oil and filter at 45,000 miles (73,000 km). When car is cold and I shift into gear (does not matter Drive or Reverse) there's a clunk and car starts idle rough. However once engine is warmed up or if I leave car in Park or shift into Neutral, car runs smooth with no hesitation. What could be wrong with the car? sos.gif

Thanks in advance.
